Get ready for the Great Big Garage Sale May 10th in the Gilmer County Recreation Center’s Barn from 8am-4pm. Sell your belongings, food or crafts. Grafton Kiwanis willl host a Spaghetti Dinner at the Good Shepherd Church in Grafton May 10th from 12pm-6pm. Tickets $6.00/adults, $3.00/children, kids under 3 eat for free. Tickets are available through local Kiwanis members or at the door. Take out will be available. All the proceeds collected will benefit the youth activity fund.

A Mother’s Day event will be celebrated at the Fred Eberle Technical Center in Buckhannon with Longaberger Basket Bingo Saturday May 10th with doors opening at 2pm and bingo starts at 6pm. Proceeds will benefit the Health Occupations Students of the Fred Eberle Technical Center raise funds for a trip to the National Leadership Conference in Dallas, TX

Join Clarksburg Mayor Dan Thompson and the rest of the city residents as we celebrate Poppy Day 2008, A Day of Remembrance May 17th. Members of the Clarksburg American Legion Auxillary will hold a poppy drive from 10am-3pm . All collected donations go directly to the welfare of the community veterans & their families.

The Kelly-Miller Circus is coming to Mylan Park in Morgantown May 21st & 22nd with performances at 4:30pm & 7:30pm each day.Advance tickets are available at the Mylan Park Office, at Giant Eagle on Greenbag Road, at Triple S Harley Davidson off the Pierpont Road Exit of I-68 and downtown at the Greater Morgantown Convention & Visitors Bureau.
